長(zhǎng)沙環(huán)保（服務）工業技術研究院（以下簡稱：環保工研院），國内首個由企業牽頭組建的具有獨立法人資格的環保工業技術研究院，由長沙市人民政府批準設立、長沙市科技局主導推動、航天凱天環保牽頭組建，並於2016年7月26日正式授牌成立。　

Changsha Industrial Technology Research Institute of Environmental Protection（service） was approved by the Peoples’ Government of Changsha city, promoted by Changsha Science and Technology Bereau and led by Aerospace Kaitian Environmental Technology Co., Ltd, established in 7th July 2016.

　　環保工研院被寫入《湖南省貫徹<中國制造2025>建設制造強省五年行動計劃（2016-2020年）》、《長(zhǎng)株潭國家自主創新示範區建設三年行動計劃2017-2019年》、《中國長(zhǎng)沙市委長(zhǎng)沙市人民政府關於(yú)強化企業自主創新能力建設加速轉型創新發展的意見》、《長(zhǎng)沙市人民政府關於(yú)組建長(zhǎng)沙增材制造（3D打印）工業技術研究院等3家技術研究院的批複》等政策文件，是湖南省、長(zhǎng)沙市大力扶持的新型研發機構。

Changsha Industrial Technology Research Institute of Environmental Protection has been written in several policy documents such as Hunan Province Five-year Plan (2016-2020) to Implement China Manufacturing 2025, Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan District Three-year Plan (2017-2019) to Build Innovation Demonstration Area, Suggestions From Changsha Government About Transformation and Innovative Development, Changsha Government’s Approval About Building Three Technical Research Institutes, it is a new R&D institute that has been highly supported by government. 

　　環保工研院将成爲環保領域國際國内技術合作的橋梁和紐帶，緻力於(yú)國内外環保戰略資源的聚集共享、環保行業關鍵共性技術研究開發、環保核心技術的孵化落地、環保科研成果的工程化轉化、環保産業人才培養與技術服務，環保材料及裝備(bèi)交易平台，打造成爲立足長沙、服務湖南、輻射全國、走向世界的獨具特色的環保産業培育孵化中心！

Changsha Industrial Technology Research Institute of Environmental Protection will be a bridge and bond for domestic and international technical cooperation of environmental protection, devotes to the collection and sharing of domestic and international strategic resources, R&D and cultivation of key generic technologies, to build a distinctive cultivation incubation centre of environmental protection industry which based on Changsha, serving Hunan Province, spreading over the country and reaching out to the world.
